Create your first countdown

County keeps countdowns in lists — one for birthdays, one for a trip, one for anything you're waiting on. Each countdown ticks to the second and shows the exact date underneath.

Make a list

1. 1Sign in with your Google account. There is no separate password to create.
2. 2On Your lists, choose New list and give it a name, such as “Birthdays”.
3. 3County opens the new list, ready for its first countdown.

Add a countdown

1. 1In the list, choose Add countdown.
2. 2Pick Person for someone's day, or Event for anything else.
3. 3Enter a name and the date and time, then save.

Countdowns are sorted with the soonest first. When one reaches zero it stops and says it has arrived — it never starts counting up.

Change or remove things

Use the pencil on a countdown to edit it and the bin to delete it. On a list you own, the pencil and bin at the top rename or delete the whole list; deleting asks you to confirm first.
